One of Riyadh's leading healthcare service providers Al Hammadi Hospital has successfully deployed mobiCare for augmenting healthcare delivery. mobiCare, a breakthrough app developed by Mobatia Technology now empowers MEDCARE hospital's mobile activities. MEDCARE Hospital has gone for a fully customized version of mobiCare which incorporates branding elements of the healthcare facility. MEDCARE hospital is located in UAE and is a leader in the healthcare sector of the region. Main menu is divided into 20 categories in this app. Each category has subcategories which serve different purposes. First category on the list is 'Appointments'. This tab allows users to book appointments with doctors within minutes after checking their availability. Next is the 'Reminders' tab. After that comes 'Quote of the Day' tab. Here inspiring quotes are shared to the patient.

Ahalia Group UAE

Ahalia Hospital, a leading healthcare center in Abu Dhabi has deployed mobiCare healthcare management app recently. The hospital now offers mobility features to their customers through mobiCare application. The version of mobiCare deployed by the hospital has custom design and features. Totally there are 19 tabs in this application each leading to a sub-category with unique functions. First tab is the Appointment tab which facilitates mobile booking of appointments with the doctor. Users will have to register an account before they can avail the features of the app. Next tab on the interface is the Reminder tab which sends timely medical related reminders to the patient. Following that is the Quote of the day tab where interesting Quotes are posted on a daily basis.

Burjeel Hospital is a leading healthcare facility based in Abu Dhabi. To enhance its day to day healthcare activities, the hospital has deployed a customized version of mobiCare. Customized mobiCare app for Burjeel Hospital is high in functionality and has a neat interface. The home screen has a quick call link on the top for instant dialing to the hospital’s number. Below it is a locator icon which upon click will show the directions to the hospital. PS needs to be enabled for this functionality to work. The first tab on the menu is the appointment tab. Using this tab, users can book appointment within a matter of seconds. This value added feature offers a lot of convenience to patients approaching the hospital from distant locations. Users will need to provide their full name, Gender, Current location, City, Mobile number, email etc. while booking appointments using this tab.

Abu Dhabi Telemedicine

Leading Telemedine Company in UAE has deployed a customized version of mobiCare for empowering its delivery of healthcare. The app sports a simple interface and has functionalities essential for a telemedicine center’s mobility needs. On the top left corner is the Profile tab which is used by the hospital to collect data from the patient. On the top right corner is the Language tab which allows a user to switch between English and Arabic languages. Next on the list is the Feedback app which is used by the center to collect responses from the users. Below it is 'News' section using which hospital relays latest news of the center to the user. Next is the Info tab which provides details on how to use the app.

In this case we did a detailed analysis of the their requirements and developed additional backend web services to fetch the doctors schedule and available slots in secured and easy manner so that the underlying technicalities are not hindering or delaying the user experience on the mobicare enabled RBH mobile app. Once the user select an available time slot the app user is will be provided a token number in confirmation of the appointment booking.
