App users can browse through various specialities offered by a hospital and request for an appointment with a doctor of their choice. The appointment request will be confirmed by the hospital. Users will be notified on mobiCare through push notifications. Patients / Users can see the availability of doctors and chose a time slot for their appointment.
mobiCare will remind users via push notification regarding the scheduled appointments and medications if any. Appointment date, time and department will be displayed in appointment reminders and patients can add medication reminders manually.

Medications lists all medications prescribed to this Patient from the CMS. Administrator can manage the list of medicines for a specific patient.
Appointment Reminders :
Will provide a reminder informing the patients that they have an appointment with the doctor on the next day. Please note that Appointment reminders will be displayed only if the patient has any scheduled appointment. Patients can manually add these reminders to their phone calendars and the reminder shall work as the phone event works.

mobiCare supports real-time push APIs for facilitating instant alerts. For actuating this function API must be integrated with the backend of Hospital/HIS.
This feature requires integration with the backend of the Hospital/HIS. The Hospital backend system could trigger our real time API calls at any point of time for invoking an event in the mobile app. For example Hospital HIS can trigger an API call when a call reminder needs to be issued to the mobile APP user. MobiCare server will pick this real time API call and send a Push Alert to the respective mobile user. Mobile user when receiving this push alert, can click on it to view the reminder message.
back-end may trigger this API call similar to the following and may contain all information we require, as parameters such as UNIQUE PATIENT RECORD NUMBER
Users can make emergency calls using "Click to Call" feature. This button when clicked will immediately dial the contact number which has been assigned via mobiCare content portal. The calls will be made through mobile carrier networks and standard charges will be applied to the user.

Hospitals can use alerts to keep mobiCare users updated stay connected – they can send news like new branch opening, doctor joining, relay medical tips and diet information. Hospitals can customize messages for individual users.
Add detaild of family members into mobiCare and view, track their health status. You can do this from a single account using one device. This helps you book doctors’ appointment for any of your family members. Your child’s vaccination schedule can also be maintained in your phone to receive reminders.

Health tools in mobiCare – Health Graph, BMI Calculator and Weight Monitor are integrated into the app to assist the user keeping track of their health. These tools allow anyone to monitor their blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Health Graph – You can enter your blood sugar, blood pressure (Diastolic and Systolic) and total cholesterol values into the app. The data shall be recorded date wise and graphs be plotted by the app for a date range – the following graphs are available.

Registered user or patient can apply for a medical certificate to produce it to their company or school for getting the sick leaves approved. The patient can request via this feature and they will get a notification when the hospital sends the required certificate.
Hospitals can publish details of contact address and phone numbers of facilities– be it MedicalCenters, DiagnosticCenters or Pharmacies. Users can find out the address and contact details
Guests can view limited features like departments, doctor profiles, Tweets, gallery, videos etc without signing up. If they wish to book appointment, provide feedback or access any other hospital facilities, then they have to register.
Tweets made on the Twitter account of the hospital will be display under this section. All messages sent by the admin using the CMS will also be displayed here. Users can login to Facebook and share these health updates with friends and family.
Videos of hospital events, celebrations and messages from the hospital that us uploaded into YouTube can be tapped from mobiCare. It is a convenient way for people to watch the events without physically attending it.
Hospitals can plot locations of their facilities on Google maps and the same can be managed from the CMS. Be it Medical Centers, Diagnostic centers or Pharmacies. The Users can tap a location from Google maps and find out the address or view driving directions. There is an optional search feature where users can enter location and mobiCare will list all available facilities in the map.
Turn off alerts if you don’t want to receive alerts from the hospital anymore. Similarly, turning off notifications will stop daily notifications such as Quote of the Day. You can also update your profile, read terms of use and privacy policy of mobiCare at this section.

Patients can send customized messages as alerts to pre- listed numbers with one click of a button when they are in a emergency situation and need help
