On the top left corner is the Profile tab which is used by the hospital to collect data from the patient. On the top right corner is the Language tab which allows a user to switch between English and Arabic languages. Next on the list is the Feedback app which is used by the centre to collect responses from the users. Below it is 'News' section using which hospital relays latest news of the centre to the user.Next is the Info tab which provides details on how to use the app. Adaptation of latest in mobile technology has helped the hospital to enhance its existing IT infrastructure. The hospital has been receiving a lot of positive feedbacks from various outpatients.The processes at the administrative level has been simplified a lot and there has been a visible reduction in the queue system at the hospital reception counter thanks to the appointment booking facility feature integrated in mobiCare app. People from distant regions are now being able to reach the hospital using the gps enabled location feature in the app.

On the bottom left of the screen is the 'Quick Call' button which allows users to make calls without leaving the app. Next button is titled 'How it works'. It takes user to a page where they can make a direct call to the centre for consultation. Next button titled 'Find a Provider' helps users to locate the nearest service provider in the region. Next is the 'Send Photos' button which takes user to several subcategories using which they can take photos of affected area in the body. The sub-categories of this section include Close-Up Photo, Side Photo, Overview Photo, Body Area, Final View. These photographs are then send directly to the healthcare centre for analysis.
